Honor Choruses

All State Chorus

Open to all Cambridge Chorus students; AUDITION

All State Chorus is an elite state-wide event for skilled singers in grades 7 through 12.  Students must pass a regional audition in November consisting of a solo, scales, and sight reading.  The cost of the first audition is $30.  

Those that pass the first audition must also pass a second audition displaying proficiency of concert music.  

Students are responsible for all hotel fees and food during the three-day event in February in Athens. Participating students will miss two (2) excused days of school in February.

Practice Sessions

B2, or 3:30-4 PM as requested. Students are responsible for preparing themselves for the event, and Ms. Watts will assist as requested. Students will complete a "mock audition" closer to the first audition date.

Saturday, November 7, 2026 (Audition time TBD)

Second Audition
Thursday, January 21, 2027 (Audition time TBD)

February 18 - 20, 2027 in Athens, GA

District 5 Honor Chorus

Open to all Cambridge Chorus students; AUDITION

District 5 Honor Chorus is an elite regional event for skilled singers in grades 6 through 12.  Students from all over Fulton County and Atlanta Public Schools will come together for a two day honor chorus experience culminating in a concert.  Registration cost is $45.  Participating students will miss 2 excused days of school in November.

College Choral Festivals

Open to all Cambridge Chorus students

Several collegiate institutions throughout the state of GA offer one-day Choral Festivals.   Each year, Cambridge Chorus picks one event in which to participate.  More information will be available to those interested.
